Operations Manager
Sinan Muwaffaq is a highly experienced Operations Manager with over 20 years in the UAE’s construction, Design and Build projects for interior fit-out along with joinery industry. He is currently working with Vision Furniture & Decoration Factory as Operations Manager overseeing multi-function factories.
His previous leadership roles include serving as Operation Director and Client Representative at Arabian Company LLC, where he managed multiple design and build projects in the healthcare, hospitality, and government sectors. Prior to that, he was General Manager at Unesia Interior LLC, handling large-scale fit-out and joinery works. He also held key positions at Haseeb Rasoul FZE and Arkonsult Engineering Consultants, gaining hands-on experience in project engineering and site execution.
He is known for his practical approach to project management, value engineering, team coordination, and factory operations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Baghdad.
