Project Manager

A project management firm is seeking a professional and motivated project manager to join the team. The project manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of various projects, from initiation to completion. An ideal candidate will have a Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, initiate and execute projects, defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and resources.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS) and critical path analysis.
- Lead and manage appointed Contractors and Consultants, providing guidance, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress to achieve the projects targets in terms of Cost, time, and quality.
- Prepare drafts contracts in line with the local laws and regulations and in accordance with the approved Employer’s contract templates.
- Monitor project performance against established metrics, track progress, and identity and mitigate risks.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements, obtain necessary approvals, and manage expectations.
- Plan and manage the procedure of projects' commissioning with the involved authorities and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or project management; advanced degree or certification is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience leading and delivering successful projects.
- Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.
- Experience in construction management and commissioning of projects in Belarus.
- Familiarity with industry local Belarussian regulations, standards, Procedures, and best practices related to the project's domain.
- Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written), with effective communication skills to engage stakeholders.
- Previous experience in Belarus within the last 3 years, including knowledge of local laws, regulations, and authorities' requirements.
- Have his own car and driving license.
